Thank you for choosing to book with Selby 100 Mile House & Gardens. We look forward to welcoming you to our family home. By making this booking you are entering an agreement with us.

The price includes accommodation and breakfast served at 9:00 AM each morning. Rates are for double occupancy. Guests with special diets, restrictions and allergies are welcome but we must know your requirements prior to arrival. All room prices are for double occupancy, additional guests are $25 per night.
Check-in time is 3pm EST. Please contact us at (740) 961-8447 if you have any questions or concerns regarding check-in time before booking.
Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check in or book a stay. In the interests of security and to prevent fraud, guests are required to confirm their identity by providing their valid government issued photo identification (State driver’s license, passport, etc.) at check-in. A valid, signed, and pre-approved credit card in the name of the guest registration is also required. It is your responsibility to fully understand the manner in which your bank processes pre-authorizations and charges to your credit/debit card. Some banks hold pending authorizations for up to 30 business days.
Your accommodation will be available to you from 3:00pm on the day of arrival, unless otherwise arranged. We may not be able to accommodate you if you arrive earlier than the agreed time as we will be busy preparing your rooms. However, you may drop off your bags, pay for your stay and collect your room keys at an earlier time by prior arrangement.
It is much appreciated if you will notify us of your estimated time of arrival (a telephone call on the day before or morning of arrival is fine).
Room rental period expires at 11:00 a.m. Additional day charge, plus tax may apply for late checkout.
Check-out time is 11 a.m. Please check-out with Front Desk so that housekeeping may begin cleaning your room as soon as possible. If you require a later check-out, please contact the Front Desk prior to the day of your departure and we will do our best to accommodate your request. A charge may apply for late check-out.
Payment should be made on arrival by either credit or debit card. All credit card transactions are secure and no data collected is offered to third parties for any reason. All transactions comply with the relevant legal requirements at the time of the transaction.
Late Arrival Process
Please ensure you contact us to let us know if you will be arriving later than 8pm, and inform us of your new estimated time of arrival. We do not normally accept guests after 11pm.
Eating take away meals in rooms is not allowed as they can leave after smells and can cause staining if the food comes into contact with bedding or carpets etc. We accept that sandwiches and drinks can be consumed in the rooms but care should be taken to avoid spillage etc.
We are a smoke-free establishment. Smoking is prohibited in and on the Selby 100 Mile House & Gardens. There is a fire alarm system in operation and if this is set off by guests smoking anywhere in the house you will be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit any monies paid, this is non-negotiable. A $1000.00 fee will be accessed if smoking occurs inside any premises.
We ask all guests to lower all electronics and TV’s to a quiet audible level at 11:00pm.
We do allow pets inside the house and on the property. Addition pet fee of $50.00 per night for cleaning. Pets must be under 30lbs.
We do not allow individuals under the age of twenty-one on-premises as we serve spirituous liquor and other alcoholic beverages.
Reservations & Deposits
At the time a reservation is made at Selby 100 Mile House & Gardens, a deposit of the stay plus tax is required to secure your reservation. In exchange, we remove your special place from our availability calendar for your reserved dates. Reservations secured with Gift Certificates are subject to deposit charges and handling fees against the certificate balance. Deductions will be made to the current balance of the certificate. If the Gift Certificate does not cover the deposit, a credit card will be charged for the difference. No shows will be charged the full price of lodging for the dates reserved.
For cancellations made within 7 days of arrival, deposits are 100% refundable. Cancellations made within 48 hours from arrival are 50% refundable, Less than 24 hours are nonrefundable. There is a $25 handling fee charged in all cases for cancellations. If you reschedule a stay to occur within 90 days of the original reservation date, we will be happy to credit the cancellation deposit charge to this future reservation.
Damages & Breakages
Please take care when staying in our home. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. We ask is that you do report any incidents when they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may charge you for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant.
We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.
Any data collected during the course of this booking will be stored on our computer(s). With your permission we may from time to time contact you about promotions and offers. We will not share your details with any third party.
